Failed Sump Pump

After a sump pump failed and flooded a customer's basement in their residential home, they contacted SERVPRO to help rebuild their finished basement. This particular client had a sump pump rider insurance policy, however it only covered $10,000. This is better than no coverage at all, but still very minimum to get this job done. Due to the lack of coverage resulting in a self-pay job, an agreement was arranged based on materials and time needed to rebuild the basement. By working diligently with the customer to provide excellent service that fits in their budget, they'll have their finished basement back in no time!
